OPERATION The BASE module brings together many of the concepts developed in the demo applications. The module is intended to form the basis of a variety of applications. Peripheral circuits will be built as required on a separate board and connected at J1. The PIC 16F877 MCU operates a keypad, LCD, serial memory and com port. Driver routines are included as source code modules. The test program exercises these devices and can be used as a foundation to build user applications.
